Due to the shift to lead-free solder, durability against corrosion and other factors for sheath heaters is required. In response to this demand, our company is taking a phased approach. This includes careful selection of sheath materials, coating the sheath, increasing the number of sheath tubes (not just layering them but also reducing the diameter for better adhesion), and manufacturing sheath heaters that incorporate all of these features. As a result, sheath heaters that previously had a lifespan of three months due to corrosion-related failures have now been extended to over one year (compared to our previous models).
